I’m a third generation contractor, and second generation home inspector. When I was younger I laid-out and built over 100 residential houses and apartments in Wisconsin. As a Project Superintendent, for 16 years, I’ve managed the complete construction of 83.4 million dollars worth of residential and commercial properties.
I’ve performed 1000’s of hours of inspections on building framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, foundations, excavations, geotechnical engineering, siding, roofing, insulation, and overall quality control.
